Job Summary :

We are looking for a responsible and well-communicated candidate for a combined Telecalling and Home Tutoring role. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls and, as required, providing tuition support to students.

Key Responsibilities – Telecaller :

Receive and attend incoming calls professionally.

Speak with customers/clients and understand their queries.

Provide basic information about company products and services.

Make follow-up calls when required.

Maintain basic records of calls, enquiries and customer details.

Forward important queries to the concerned team or management.

Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities – Home Tutor :

Provide tuition to students at the assigned residence.

Explain subjects and concepts clearly according to the student's level.

Help students with homework, revision and exam preparation.

Conduct regular practice and assess the student's progress.

Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate candidates are preferred.

Good communication skills.

Basic English and good Hindi communication.

Comfortable speaking on phone calls.

Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.

Responsible, punctual and professional.

Teaching ability and subject knowledge will be preferred for the Tutor responsibility.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Type :

Full-Time / Part-Time depending on role and requirement.
