Job Description

  • Achieve assigned sales and billing targets by maximizing retailer productivity, improving product assortment, generating repeat business, and effectively promoting all assigned brands within the designated territory.
  • Support healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection follow-ups, minimizing overdue payments, maintaining dealer credit discipline, and promptly escalating collection-related issues.
  • Expand market reach through regular outlet coverage, new retailer development, activation of prospective accounts, and strengthening relationships with existing retailers.
  • Enhance brand visibility through effective merchandising, product display, promotional execution, POSM implementation, and adherence to brand display standards.
  • Ensure disciplined market execution through adherence to Monthly and Permanent Journey Plans, timely reporting, productive market visits, and effective implementation of management directives.
  • Demonstrate professional discipline by complying with company policies, maintaining accurate reporting, participating in product and sales training, and continuously enhancing product knowledge and selling skills.
