Business Development Executive — Field Sales


Full-time | Field + Office | Patna, Bihar | Immediate Hire


Role Summary: Drive revenue growth for SREV Labs by identifying, engaging, and converting B2B clients across SMEs, startups, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and retail businesses in Bihar and adjoining markets.

You will act as a frontline growth partner, representing SREV’s AI-driven digital marketing, web development, CRM/ERP, and automation solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through field visits, cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings, understand business needs, and propose tailored solutions
  • Deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain and track pipeline using CRM tools; share structured reports
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Represent SREV at local business forums, events, and trade meets
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with internal teams

Skills & Requirements

  • B2B / consultative selling mindset
  • Strong lead generation & closing ability
  • Negotiation & communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Hindi & English fluency
  • Self-driven, field-ready, target-oriented

Compensation Structure (Performance-Linked & High-Growth)

Fixed Salary₹2.4L – ₹4.8L per annum

  • Minimum Performance ExpectationA minimum monthly revenue contribution of ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (based on assigned slab/experience) is expected to remain in good standing for fixed pay eligibility
  • Compensation is performance-linked, and payouts are subject to achievement of assigned benchmarks and company policy


  • Performance Incentives (Uncapped Earning Potential)
  • Monthly Target Range: ₹3L – ₹8L (depending on role level & territory)
  • Incentive Structure:Up to 100% of target → 4% incentive on revenue closed
  • 100% – 150% → 6% incentive on revenue closed
  • 150%+ → 8% – 10% incentive on revenue closed
