Business Development Executive (Dental Clinic)
Location: Gola Road, Patna
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, confident and customer-focused candidate to help grow our dental clinic by managing patient enquiries, follow-ups and local marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient calls, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Follow up with patients and support treatment conversion.
- Coordinate local marketing and promotional activities.
- Collect Google Reviews and patient referrals.
- Maintain patient records and daily reports.
- Assist with social media and clinic branding.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
- Basic Computer Knowledge is Mandatory (MS Word, Excel, Email & Internet)
- Good smartphone and WhatsApp skills
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour and willingness to learn
