Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executives to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, presenting our FinTech solutions, and closing high-value B2B deals.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, client interaction, business strategy, and working in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Acquire new B2B clients, including FinTech companies & Understand requirements and recommend suitable FinTech software, APIs, and digital banking solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, business presentations, and solution discussions with decision-makers.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Business-related qualification preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Banking, FinTech, or API Sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of software, APIs, payment systems, or technology (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
