Job SummaryThe Jewellery Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall store operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets while upholding the brand's standards.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
2. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
3. Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
5. Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and product replenishment.
6. Ensure proper display and merchandising of jewellery products.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales, billing, cash, and store documentation.
8. Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with inventory teams.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and safety standards.
10. Prepare sales reports and share business updates with management.

• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in jewellery retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
• Knowledge of jewellery products, diamonds, gold, and gemstones.
• Proficiency in billing software and MS Office.
