Assistant Manager -Production Valve
Purpose of this Role:-
To control operations in machining.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure machining of pistons as per drawings, specifications, and control plans.Maintain product identification, traceability, and quality compliance.Review, control, and dispose of non-conforming products.Initiate corrective actions for process and product issues.Monitor SPC, FMEA, tooling management, and process controls.Conduct quality and job training for operators and workmen.Ensure proper documentation, housekeeping, and safety compliance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.Raise safety observations and maintain a safe working environment.Stop production in case of quality non-conformance.
Job Requirements:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.5-10 years of experience in CNC machining/manufacturing.Knowledge of product drawings, measuring instruments, CNC machines, SPC, FMEA, and control plans.Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and training skill
