Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1 year in field sales (Experience in UPVC, Toughened Glass, Interiors,Fire system or Building Materials is highly preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may apply.

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Field Sales Executive to scout, pitch, and secure business opportunities across Bihar. In this role, you will be responsible for on-ground lead generation by visiting ongoing construction sites, residential projects, and commercial buildings. You will pitch our premium range of UPVC doors/windows, toughened glass, interior, and exterior solutions, Fire systems to builders, contractors, architects, and individual homeowners, ensuring high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Field-Based Lead Generation: Conduct extensive daily field visits to identify active and upcoming construction sites, residential buildings, and commercial projects across the assigned territory.
• B2B & B2C Networking: Connect and build strong working relationships with architects, interior designers, civil contractors, builders, and direct property owners.
• Professional Networking & Meetings: Establish strong contacts and schedule regular face-to-face meetings with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Site In-charges, Civil Engineers, and Material Vendors to pitch our products.
• Product Pitching & Demos: Confidently present and explain the technical features and benefits of our UPVC products, toughened glass variants, and interior/exterior solutions.
• Deal Conversion: Follow up rigorously on generated leads, handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and successfully close/convert sales.
• Site Measurement Coordination: Work with the technical team to coordinate site measurements and ensure accurate quotations are sent to clients.
• Market Reporting: Maintain a daily log of site visits, pipeline leads, and closed deals, and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi to easily connect with contractors and clients.
• Tech-Savvy: Tech-friendly with working knowledge of Google Sheets and smartphones to update field data on the go.
• Sales & Persuasion Skills: Proven track record in field sales, with a natural ability to negotiate and convert leads into paid orders.
• Physical Stamina: Highly energetic and comfortable traveling extensively across designated areas for site visits.
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate degree is preferred.
