• Job ResponsibilitiesVisit dealers, distributors, retailers, fabricators, contractors, builders, and other potential customers on a regular basis.
• Generate new customers and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell PRINCE Stainless Steel Pipes, Tubes, Balusters, and related products.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's dealer and customer network.
• Take customer orders, follow up on quotations, and coordinate with the office/team for timely order processing.
• Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers regarding payment collection.
• Submit daily field visit and sales reports to the management.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market demand and customer requirements.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in field sales, marketing, steel, pipes, hardware, construction material, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned market area.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel, and email.
• Should be target-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
