Vacancy: Restaurant Manager

Location: Paradip, Odisha

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Paradip.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the restaurant.
• Oversee South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Café operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
• Monitor daily operations, inventory, cost control, and staff productivity.
• Take complete ownership and responsibility for restaurant performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Café operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Odia will be an added advantage).
• Willingness to relocate and stay in Paradip.
• Ability to work independently and take complete responsibility for restaurant operations.

Reporting

• Reports directly to the General Manager of the hotel.
• Will also have regular reporting and coordination with the Director of the Business.

Work Schedule

• 6 working days per week
• 1 weekly off
• Flexible working hours with presence required during:
• Restaurant opening
• Peak operating hours
• Restaurant closing
• Planning and review meetings as required
