Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, and available offers to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and other marketing sources.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
