Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 5 Months – 2 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 Weekday

Job SummaryPlatinum Properties is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in handling customer interactions, and be capable of generating quality leads and scheduling site visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
• Attend inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with interested customers via calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule site visits for potential buyers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of English and Marathi is preferred.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• EligibilityMinimum 5 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, BFSI, or Real Estate.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
