Property Pitching: Clearly explain project details, USP (Unique Selling Propositions), pricing, and offers to generate interest.

Convince for Site Visits: Persuade potential buyers to visit the property in person by highlighting the value proposition and exclusive site-visit offers.

Consistent Follow-ups: Nurture leads through persistent follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages, guiding them through the sales funnel.

CRM Management: Accurately update call logs, lead status, and feedback in the CRM system (e.g., Telecrm) to ensure no lead is forgotten.

Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule, confirm, and re-confirm site visits.
