Store Manager

Responsibilities.

● Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

● Supervise staff, assign duties, and manage attendance and shift schedules.

● Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.

● Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

● Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and food costs.

● Manage billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and closing procedures.

● Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and company policies.

● Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and service.

● Monitor customer ratings and reviews on Zomato, Swiggy, Google, and other platforms.

● Train, motivate, and maintain discipline among team members.

● Ensure the restaurant meets daily sales targets and operational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or QSR management.

● Experience in handling a team of 5–10 employees preferred.

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and daily sales reporting.

● Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operations.

● Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure.

● Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

● Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in QSR chains, cafes,fast-food outlets, or multi-cuisine restaurants will be preferred.
