Store Executive

Store & Purchase Officer (Factory) – also handling attendance

Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 5 – 10 years in a manufacturing store

We manufacture retail fixtures and shop displays in metal. We need one person to

run the store, do the buying, and handle attendance. Small team, direct reporting

to the owner, real responsibility from week one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

STORE

• GRN against PO — check by weight for sheet and tube, not only by count

• Rack and bin location, issue against job number, monthly physical stock

• Minimum and maximum levels on fast-moving hardware

• Serially numbered gate pass control

JOB WORK (this is the most important part of the job)

• Delivery challans for material sent to laser cutting, bending and powder coating

• Reconcile what went out against what came back, every month

• Chase the vendors for material still lying with them

PURCHASE

• Three quotes and a written rate comparison, negotiate, raise PO, follow delivery

• Match invoice against PO and GRN before passing to accounts

ATTENDANCE

• Biometric and contract labour muster

• Absentee report to production by 9:30 am daily

• Overtime calculation and payroll input by the 2nd of every month

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years in a store in a fabrication or engineering factory (not a warehouse)

• Tally Prime or similar ERP — GRN, stock journal, delivery challan, e-way bill

• Excel — VLOOKUP and pivot. You will be asked to do it on our computer

• Knowledge of MS / CR / GI sheet gauges and tube sections, and their weights

• Basic GST knowledge for job work and e-way bill

• Hindi and Marathi

• B.Com or Diploma preferred; strong experience matters more

FIRST TASK

Your first week will be a full physical count and a job-work reconciliation.
