Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Warehouse & Operations who will manage daily warehouse activities and also assist in office operations. The role includes handling inventory, coordinating dispatches, maintaining records, quality checks and supporting the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle material inward and outward in the warehouse.
• Maintain stock records and inventory details.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and deliveries.
• Maintain GRN, delivery challans, and basic documentation.
• Help in stock checking and warehouse organization.
• Support office operations with reports, data entry, and coordination.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and accounts teams when required.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
