Job Description

  1. Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, references, and field visits.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  6. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  7. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  9. Maintain customer databases and update sales activities in CRM.
  10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
