🚀 Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

📍 Location: Panvel / Mumbai Region

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Search and submit tenders through GeM, Government & PSU portals

✅ Prepare tender documents, quotations, and commercial proposals

✅ Generate leads and develop new business opportunities

✅ Coordinate with clients for enquiries, negotiations, and order conversion

✅ Follow up on tenders, bids, purchase orders, and project requirements

✅ Manage payment follow-ups and collections

✅ Maintain tender, quotation, order, and payment trackers

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

✅ Prepare sales reports and provide regular management updates

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

✔️ 5–6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Tendering, or Business Development

✔️ Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, tender documentation, and bid submissions

✔️ Knowledge of BOQ, EMD, PBG, GST, MSME, and tender compliance requirements

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and online tender portals

✔️ Experience in Mechanical, Marine, Industrial, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, Engineering, or Fabrication sectors preferred

🎓 Qualification

🔸 Graduate in any discipline

🔸 Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
