Job Description
Location:Panvel, Navi Mumbai
- Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and generate qualified leads.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements:1β5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
