Job Responsibilities

Generate leads for residential and commercial properties.

Handle client inquiries through calls, site visits, and meetings.

Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.

Coordinate and conduct property site visits.

Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Stay updated about local property market trends in Kamothe, Panvel, and Khandeshwar areas.

Requirements

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred.

Ability to work on targets.

Knowledge of Navi Mumbai locations is an advantage.

MS Office and WhatsApp handling skills preferred.

Bike and smartphone preferred for field visits.
