Operations Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage order-taking, billing, and cashiering activities

• Ensure fast, accurate order processing and minimal waiting time

• Handle POS systems, cash management, and digital transactions

• Train team members on upselling, menu knowledge, and customer interaction

• Resolve customer queries and manage peak-hour rush efficiently 2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards as per Foo guidelines

• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery

• Monitor service speed and take corrective actions during peak hours 3. Team Leadership

• Lead and manage front-end and service teams across shifts

• Plan rosters, allocate duties, and ensure optimal manpower utilization

• Conduct daily briefings and on-the-job training
