We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage the daily operations and real-time tracking of our fleet of ~50 tankers. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a senior logistics officer to ensure smooth route planning, timely loading/unloading, and effective communication with drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor the live locations and routes of approximately 50 tankers daily.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with drivers regarding trip status, delays, and last-known locations.
- Direct drivers to designated unloading points and assign next loading schedules promptly after discharge.
- Plan efficient transit routes and coordinate schedules to minimize downtime.
- Report daily fleet activity, delays, and driver updates to the Senior Transport Manager.
