Job Description
Knowledge:
➢ Managing Firewall as per company policy.
➢ Configure & Troubleshoot for CCTV.
➢ Configure & Troubleshoot for Network & Network related issue of Head Office as
well as outlet over pan India locations.
➢ Server Management.
➢ IT Asset Management.
➢ Vendor Management.
➢ Remote support for companies Outlet over Pan India locations.
➢ Configure & Troubleshooting for applications.
➢ Provide support for mail (O365) clients.
➢ Installation of Antivirus Software and Manage Antivirus.
➢ Configure & Troubleshoot for Local & Network Printer.
➢ Troubleshooting Operating System issues in (windows/Linux).
➢ Hardware assembling and upgrade.
➢ Installation of windows OS.
➢ Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE, Microsoft word, excel, power point, internet, Outlook etc
➢ Can work on WINDOWS 10/11/Linux, MAC.
➢ Knowledge of Microsoft products (Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, MS Office)
➢ PC Formatting\OS Installation of Microsoft Patches.
➢ Computer & Laptop Installation, Maintenance.
➢ Troubleshooting of Computer as well as Installation, and Network Configuration.
➢ Network Problem & Network Cable Crimping.
➢ Basic Knowledge of Firewall, OSI Layer, LAN, MAN, WAN, Routing Protocols.
➢ Network Printer Installation & Scanner Installation.
➢ Providing Remote Assistance to Remote Users.
➢ Data Backup & Restore.
➢ Capable of configuring all versions of iPhone
