Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Maintain customer records and update data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Projects teams for customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of documents, payments, and agreements from customers.
- Prepare and issue demand letters, payment reminders, receipts, and customer communications.
- Address customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
- Assist customers during agreement registration, loan processing, possession, and handover.
- Maintain MIS reports and customer databases.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
- Organize customer engagement activities and events when required.
- Prepare periodic reports on collections, customer concerns, and service requests.
