Graphic Designer

Brothers Advertising is a leading advertising, branding, and printing company specializing in flex printing, signage, offset printing, digital printing, and promotional materials. We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer / DTP Operator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design flex banners, hoardings, posters, flyers, brochures, visiting cards, and other print media.
• Create social media posts and digital marketing creatives.
• Prepare print-ready files for large-format printing.
• Operate and manage DTP work for customer requirements.
• Edit and retouch images as required.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate printing output.
• Handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain design quality and brand consistency.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of print production and color management.
• Experience in flex printing, signage, and advertising designs.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and English typing preferred.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing or DTP Operations.
• Freshers with strong design skills may also apply.
• Experience in a printing press, advertising agency, or signage industry is an advantage.
