Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and assisting them in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain visitor and attendance records in the register accurately
- Update daily attendance in the system and physical register
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain proper cash records
- Generate and issue certificates as required
- Maintain and update work registers and other administrative records
- Perform basic computer operations including data entry, documentation, and report preparation
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable
- Required Skills & QualificationsBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
- Accuracy in cash handling and documentation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
