Position: Finance Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Home Loan Executive to assist clients in securing home loans. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of home loan products, and the ability to coordinate with banks and customers throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage home loan leads.
Guide customers in selecting suitable home loan products.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Maintain customer relationships and provide post-disbursement support.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Keep accurate records and update CRM on a regular basis.
