Field Sales Officer

Client Sales Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The officer will act as the face of the company for customers

Key Responsibilities

1. Area Survey

• Identify and map new operational areas.
• Conduct basic market surveys and analysis.

2. Product Promotion

• Promote company products in the assigned area.
• Conduct customer meetings.
• Promote products through pamphlets and other marketing methods.

3. New Customer/Borrower Acquisition

• Identify potential group and individual borrowers.
• Explain the organization, products, and services to prospective customers.
• Assist borrowers with group formation.

4. Credit Bureau Information

• Collect the required information from prospective customers for credit bureau checks.
• Share the information with the back-office team in the required format.

5. Documentation

• Verify and collect required KYC documents, including identity and address proof.
• Visit customers at their homes to complete loan application and cash-flow forms.
• Ensure all documents are submitted to the Head Office as per company procedures.

6. Support Loan Assessment

• Support the Branch Manager during the loan assessment process by providing the required application forms and documents.

7. Loan Disbursement

• Ensure the loan agreement is completed on the day of disbursement.
• Ensure the customer receives the loan card and repayment schedule.
• Ensure guarantors sign the required documents.
