Job Description


Key Responsibilities


  • B2B Lead Generation & Mapping: Actively conduct daily field visits to map factories, warehouses, and corporate offices within the assigned MIDC zones to identify potential clients.
  • Product Demos & Pitches: Meet with Business Owners, IT Managers, and Purchase Heads to understand their infrastructure needs and pitch customized solutions (Leased Lines, Networking, or Security Systems).
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales funnel from cold calling and field prospecting to technical scoping, sending commercial proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Analyze existing client setups to upsell higher bandwidth Leased Lines or cross-sell end-to-end security hardware like IP CCTVs, Biometric Access Control, and Structured Networking.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates, timely renewals of internet contracts, and future reference leads.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and upcoming infrastructure demands within the MIDC area.




Key Product Portfolio to Sell:

Connectivity: Dedicated Internet Leased Lines (ILL), MPLS, Broadband for business, and SME digital bundles.

Security Solutions: Enterprise-grade CCTV surveillance systems, Biometric Attendance & Access Control systems.

IT Infrastructure: Local Area Network (LAN) setup, structured cabling, Wi-Fi solutions, routers, and switches.
