Job Description
- Install, test, and commission equipment at workshop.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical faults.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
- Conduct equipment inspections and recommend repairs or replacements.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Coordinate with team regarding service schedules and technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist in spare parts identification, inventory management, and replacement.
- Provide basic operational training to staff when required.
- Support warranty and after-sales service activities.
