Job Responsibilities :
- Manage daily food production and kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook multi-cuisine dishes as per standards
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Handle bulk cooking for airport/commissary operations
- Monitor inventory, stock, and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
