Job Description
Job Description:
- Conduct detailed snagging and de-snagging inspections of residential flats and common areas.
- Identify civil and finishing defects related to tiles, plaster, paint, doors/windows, waterproofing, masonry, flooring and other finishing works.
- Record snags with proper descriptions, locations and photographs using snagging software/checklists.
- Coordinate with site teams/contractors for rectification and perform re-inspection until final closure.
- Prepare daily snagging, de-snagging and closure reports and support the project team during final handover.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering
Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in Civil Snagging, QA/QC, finishing or residential construction.
Key Skills: Strong knowledge of finishing works, ability to read drawings, attention to detail, reporting and site coordination.
