Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day business development activities.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for business growth.
• Handle client documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in day-to-day office operations related to business development.
• Ensure timely communication and professional client service.
• Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to company growth.
• EligibilityMinimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Job DetailsWorking Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: 1 Weekday
