Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and a B.Com qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain ledgers and account statements accurately.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Verify accounting entries and supporting documents.
• Prepare regular accounting reports and statements.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for accounts-related matters.
• Assist with month-end and year-end account closing activities.
• Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and completed on time.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate
• Preferred Course: B.Com
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• English: Basic English
