Job Description
An Accountant manages financial records, ensures regulatory compliance, and prepares key financial reports for a business.
Key Responsibilities
• Record Keeping: Maintain general ledgers, reconcile accounts, and process daily financial transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and monthly or yearly closing reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com).
• Certifications: Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CA are preferred for growth or senior roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, SAP, ) and advanced MS Excel .
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication.
