Job Title: Ice Cream Parlour Team Member

Location: Malvan, Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and hardworking team members to join our ice cream parlour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, preparing and serving products, and ensuring the outlet operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, waffles, and other menu items as per company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, equipment, and dining space.

Refill ingredients and monitor stock levels.

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Ensure products are displayed attractively and stocked adequately.

Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Work as a team to achieve daily sales and service goals.

Requirements

Minimum 10th/12th pass (Hospitality experience is an advantage).

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or ice cream parlour is preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform routine operational tasks.
