Senior Front Office Executive

The Senior Front Office Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, handling reservations, coordinating with departments, and supporting the Front Office Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle room reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
• Ensure smooth front office operations and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
• Handle cash transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Train and guide junior front office staff.
• Monitor lobby appearance and ensure hospitality standards are maintained.
• Assist in preparing occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.
• Knowledge of PMS software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure professionally
