Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals while supporting the company’s marketing initiatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through online platforms, networking, and marketing activities
• Respond to property inquiries and follow up with potential buyers
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Maintain a database of prospects and clients
• Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and documentation staff during the sales process
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Promote company listings through social media, property portals, and digital marketing
• Stay updated with real estate trends and property market in Goa
• Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in real estate sales or marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client handling and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing and property portals is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Familiarity with Goa locations and property market is a plus
