Interior Site Supervisor

Responsibilities 

• Oversee the work of construction workers and subcontractors
• Manage and instruct site workers
• Set schedules and monitor performance
• Conduct site inspections and address hazards
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
• Coordinate and execute projects
• Manage escalations on site
• Ensure efficient on-site measurements and installations

Skills and qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Understanding of materials, working techniques, and the interdependencies of activities in the interior design field 
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or another related field
