Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise housekeeping staff across assigned client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Train and guide housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Handle client queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain daily reports and submit updates to management.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and site deployment.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and workplace safety guidelines.
- Address employee grievances and maintain discipline at work sites.
