The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, driving persistency, collaborating with other teams and adhering to sales process guidelines to contribute to the overall profitability of the venueKey responsibilitiesSales & Business Development· Identify and approach prospective clients through outbound calls, direct sales, referrals and leads generated through market survey.· Pitch & promote various financial products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds.· Appointment, bookings – direct – at clients place or at venue/phone/online· Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable financial products to achieve their financial goals.· Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.· Meets or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Customer Relationship Management· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat and referral business.· Provide ongoing support and after sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.· Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.· Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Driving Persistency· Ensure timely premium payments and policy renewals by engaging with customers and providing reminders or support.· Proactively address customer queries or concerns to reduce policy lapses. · Coordinate with customers to collect the relevant documents for policy renewals.Market Intelligence & Product Knowledge· Stay updated on market trends in the insurance and mutual funds industry.· Maintain in depth knowledge of product features, benefits and compliance requirements.· Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills and compliance understanding.Compliance & Documentation· Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines during the sales process.· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, sales transactions and financial advice provided. 
• Job requirementsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineExperience0-3 years of experience, in case of experience preferably in sales of financial productsFunctional and Behavioral requirements· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.· Ability to understand financial products and explain them effectively to clients.· Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.· Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of financial products
