Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and sell IT products, software, and technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients through calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Present product demonstrations, proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and support account growth.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution design and implementation.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in a CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new technology offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS, or technology services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
• Experience with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with client meetings.

Compensation
