Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Manage and supervise end-to-end construction projects, including new feed mill units, warehouse expansions, and poultry shed infrastructure.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Review blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications before execution.

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain strict quality control on building materials (cement, steel, etc.) and workmanship.
• Troubleshoot any onsite technical issues or structural discrepancies immediately.

3.Vendor & Contractor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage contractors, structural consultants, and architects. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and maintaining strict quality control over external labor.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption, and labor attendance.
• Prepare and verify bills of quantities (BOQ) and certify contractor invoices for payment.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety laws.

5. Maintenance & Safety

• Oversee the structural maintenance of existing facilities to ensure long-term operational stability.
