Telecalling Executive

Telecalling Executive to connect with founders, business owners, startup leaders, and industry professionals and invite them to participate in our business conferences, networking events, and leadership summits. The role involves outbound calling, explaining event benefits, generating registrations, maintaining follow-ups, and building strong relationships with prospective delegates and partners. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage decision-makers over the phone are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Call founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders from provided databases.

Introduce company events and explain participation benefits.

Generate delegate registrations and appointment bookings.

Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in CRM/Excel.

Achieve daily calling and registration targets.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent Hindi and English communication.

Confidence in speaking with senior professionals.

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

Prior experience in telecalling, event sales, or lead generation is preferred.
