Job Role:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Social Media Executive who can independently manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• YouTube
• X (Twitter)
• Pinterest
• LinkedIn

Create:

• Reels
• Shorts
• AI-generated posts
• Carousels
• Promotional creatives
• Pharma business content

Use AI tools for:

• Video generation
• Image generation
• Caption writing
• Voiceover
• Editing
• Schedule and publish daily content
• Increase engagement, followers, and lead generation
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus
• Research trending content formats and competitors
• Coordinate with management for branding strategy

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience with AI tools like:
• ChatGPT
• Canva AI
• CapCut
• InVideo
• Adobe Express
• Midjourney / Leonardo / similar tools
• Basic video editing skills
• Good English & Hindi writing skills
• Self-dependent and fast execution mindset

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in pharma / healthcare / franchise marketing preferred
• Freshers with strong AI + content skills can also apply
• Should understand short-form content trends
