Job Description
1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Supporting the sales team with order processing and quotations.
· Coordinating with internal departments for order fulfillment.
· Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pricing updates.
· Monitor sales targets and assist in generating sales performance reports.
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
· Conduct cold calling activities.
· Handle MARG software operations and demonstrate proficiency in MARG and MS Excel.
