Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our sheet metal component manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, and a proven track record of achieving production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
• Monitor manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Planning departments for smooth production flow.
• Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejections and rework.
• Monitor production reports, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Train, guide, and motivate production operators and line leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle production-related issues and take corrective actions promptly.
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal component manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Power Press Operations
• Sheet Metal Fabrication
• Tool & Die Handling

• Production Planning & Control
• Quality Control Procedures
• Ability to manage shop floor teams effectively.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 systems and manufacturing best practices.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in automotive, appliance, OEM, or precision sheet metal industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on productivity, quality, and cost control.
