PCD Sales Manager

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the PCD Pharma Franchise business across India.

Generate new business by appointing franchise partners and distributors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing PCD clients.

Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the PCD sales team.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Handle inquiries, quotations, product presentations, negotiations, and order closures.

Coordinate with dispatch, production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order processing.

Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present business updates to management.

Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain long-term business relationships.

Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
