MIS Executive (HR Operations)

Job Title: HR MIS Executive

Location: Zirakpur (Head Office)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary/Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR MIS Executive with a strong background in HR operations and data management. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience in HR reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee database and HR records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports
• Generate reports on attendance, attrition, recruitment, payroll inputs, and performance tracking
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management
• Coordinate with HR and other departments for data collection and validation
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of HR data
• Automate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools
• Maintain recruitment trackers and joining status reports
• Support audits and compliance documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any field (MBA in HR preferred)
• Experience: 2–5 years in HR MIS / HR Operations
• Required Skills:Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Dashboards)
