MANAGER ACCOUNTS & BILLING

B.com, MARG SOFTWARE MANDATORY, Able to handle accounts independently

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and file GST –R1 & 3B returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
• Handle taxation-related documentation and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Possess a strong understanding of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance preparation.
• Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
• Monitor ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth financial operations.
• Should be able to handle Accounts & billing independently

Required Skills

• Strong experience in complete Billing & Accounts management.
• Hands-on experience in Taxation and GST Return Filing.
• Good knowledge of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance.
• Proficiency in Tally& Marg Software.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Cosmetics, Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing or Healthcare industries will be preferred.
